To accomplish its objectives and succeed in achieving the best possible learning outcomes for both volunteers, the daily schedules, and division of tasks is such as to, through a series of non-formal education methods and informal learning, give the opportunity to the young volunteers to develop skills and competencies at personal, social and professional levels.
The volunteers in both activities will work together with local volunteers in order to support and enrich the daily work of community structures and the activities they offer mainly for the youth and people of the local community.
Additionally, the volunteers will be having a weekly visit to the high schools and local NGO to organize cultural and creative workshops and lectures and lectures about Erasmus + programme and EVS and other youth opportunities
What we seek to achieve through this project is the development of skills and competencies of the volunteers, on the one hand, and on the other to give an intercultural dimension and a fresh prospect and ideas to community structures and activities. What is more, we aim at promoting volunteerism and active participation, not only among the young people of the community but also among the rest of the population, both during the project, as well as long after it.
