As a representative of Europe House Slavonski Brod, I’ve participated in the final activity of the project “Peacebuilding Framework Competence in Youth Work and Non-formal Education in Europe” which was held in Kruševac from the 25th until the 28th of September. This activity is called “Large Scale Youth Event” and the main aim of it was to represent the results of the project. Also, the event gathered NGO representatives from different countries with different goals and ideas. This helped me to find some potential partners for future projects and cooperation. Furthermore, I was interviewed for the radio of the hosting organization where I’ve got a chance to describe my NGO and myself, how I got into it and how I participated in the project. One of the most memorable activities was photo exhibition in local coffee shop. Presented photos were representing local activities organized by each NGO in their own country. It was amazing to see familiar people doing something common altogether. Most of my time there I spent discussing with NGOs from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro and Albania. Some of them participated in this project through other activities, including the one hosted by Europe House Slavonski Brod. It was very nice to hear others saying good things about my friends and colleagues. At the end, I must say that the hospitality of hosts was amazing. In every moment I felt satisfied and happy to be part of this activity, and at any other moment I will be ready to be part of some other future project.
